RetailSense is a trading brand of Wizardtec Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

1. What RetailSense provides

RetailSense provides location intelligence data for retail site assessment purposes. Results are generated from licensed third-party data sources and government open data. Assessments are AI-supported and reviewed by automated scoring models.

2. No warranty on accuracy

Scores and results are for research and decision-support purposes only. RetailSense makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of assessment results. You should always verify results with qualified property surveyors, solicitors, and planning consultants before making any commercial property decision.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits never expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RetailSense to resell, redistribute, or republish data without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.

5. Limitation of liability

RetailSense's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. RetailSense is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business loss.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
